The plan

You'll know what happens next, every step of the way.

Natalie works the same way with every buyer, whether it's a first condo or a move across the country. Here is how it goes, in order, with what her clients said about each part.

  1. Step 1

    A first conversation

What you want, when, and what you'd like to spend. Natalie listens first, then lays out your options and the next steps.

โ€œShe listens intently to your needs and wants to make sure that she fully grasps what you look for in a home.โ€
    Michael H., Google review
  2. Step 2

How it will go, up front

Her brokerage disclosure comes first, then a short written buyer agreement before any tour, which is standard in Colorado. Every deadline is explained before it arrives.

โ€œShe is very up front from the very beginning how it will go, if anything changes you are the first to know.โ€
    Kristin D., Google review
  3. Step 3

    Your numbers, from a lender

A licensed lender confirms what you can borrow. First-time buyers get pointed to the programs worth asking about, like CHFA and metroDPA, or H2O in the City of Boulder.

โ€œNatalie answered all of our questions that popped up during the process (there were many!) and made sure we felt comfortable along the way.โ€
    Alix N., Google review
  4. Step 4

    A search built around you

Searches tuned to what you said, tours on your schedule, and video tours while you're still out of state.

โ€œShe listened to my needs and customised our search in a way that showed she cared about finding the best fit for me.โ€
    Lisa T., Google review
  5. Step 5

    Offer, inspection, negotiation

The options laid out plainly, with the trade-offs, so you decide. If an inspection turns up a problem, you talk it through and choose: renegotiate or walk away.

โ€œShe is really good at presenting options clearly so you can make the best decision for your situation.โ€
    Christina H., Google review
  6. Step 6

    Closing, keys, and after

Every contract date tracked to the closing table, and the same quick answers after you move in.

โ€œShe responded instantly every time I reached out and answered every question we had with ease.โ€
    Mary Grace R., Google review

About Natalie

Organized, warm, and on your side of the table.

Natalie has been a Realtor since 2019. She started with Windermere in Fort Collins, where she chaired the Northern Colorado Windermere Foundation, and joined 8z Real Estate in 2023 to work across Denver and Boulder County.

Most of her clients are first-time buyers, first-time sellers, move-up buyers and people relocating to or around Colorado. Her business grows by referral from friends, family and past clients, not paid leads.

Off the clock she's camping, hiking or running, and at least one client reached her by satellite internet from a campsite in the mountains.

โ€œNo pressure. No weird sales tactics. Just a solid plan and strong execution.โ€

Moving to Colorado

Moving to Colorado? Start from wherever you are.

Natalie moved to Colorado in 2015 and has lived in Fort Collins, the Boulder foothills, Lakewood and Denver, so she can tell you how each one feels on a Tuesday, not just on a listing page.

If you can't fly in every weekend, she tours homes for you on video, keeps the plan moving from a distance, and saves the in-person visits for the homes that earn them.

Places Natalie has lived

  • Fort Collins
  • The Boulder foothills
  • Lakewood
  • Denver
โ€œNatalie was great to work with, helping us understand the Denver/Boulder area and providing effective remote tours (as we lived in New York and were exploring a complicated move of two households at the same time).โ€
John R., Google review

Field notes

The Front Range, briefly.

  2. 02Lafayette, Louisville and SuperiorFormer coal-mining towns between Boulder and Denver along US-36, with the Flatiron Flyer bus to Union Station.
  3. 03Denver's NorthsideBerkeley, Highland and Sloan's Lake: Tennyson Street's shops and galleries, and a 290-acre park around the lake.
  4. 04LakewoodJust west of Denver, with Green Mountain's trails, Belmar's shops and the W Line light rail to Union Station.
  5. 05The foothillsEvergreen sits around its lake at about 7,200 feet. Mountain homes bring questions about wells, septic and wildfire mitigation, with official answers to match.

Places, not people: for schools, Natalie points everyone to the state's SchoolView and the district, and for crime data to the state's official statistics.

First-time buyers, sellers, a family moving from New York, a Dream Finders new homes consultant. The same words keep coming up: up front, patient, responsive.

โ€œShe is very up front from the very beginning how it will go, if anything changes you are the first to know. I have bought and sold a home with her and both times were a breeze. She will be my forever realtor of choice!โ€
Kristin D., 2026
โ€œIt was my first time buying a house and Natalie made the entire experience not only easy but enjoyable too. From touring to closing she truly put us first in every way. She responded instantly every time I reached out and answered every question we had with ease.โ€
Mary Grace R., 2026
โ€œNatalie helped us navigate what ended up being a long, circuitous search for a new home. We had offers accepted on three different properties but opted out of the first two due to concerns that arose during inspections. She was very patient and understanding and ultimately helped us to identify a new home we're very happy with. โ€ฆ She was so on top of things that we often felt like there was more than one Natalie involved.โ€
Carl L., 2026
โ€œShe helped us sell our house quickly - we were under contract in 3 days - when we thought we were moving out of state, and then helped us find a house quickly when our plans changed and we did not move out of state. She is really good at presenting options clearly so you can make the best decision for your situation.โ€
Christina H., 2025
โ€œAll the little things pop up and it's done. Stuff sellers don't even think of, it just gets taken care of. I literally answered my emails and signed a few things, she did the rest. 'Actively winning' should be in her job title. I've recommended her 2x now.โ€
Greg F., 2026
โ€œNatalie was a pleasure to work with. She always made us feel like she was truly in our corner. Her advice throughout the process was valuable and we really appreciated her guidance.โ€
Brandon J., 2026

โ€œBuying a home in a different state could have been incredibly stressful โ€ฆ She kept us informed every step of the way, was quick to answer our questions, and made sure we never felt out of the loop despite the distance.โ€
Kaelin R., 2026
โ€œShe guided me through every step of the house selling process. If I panicked about something, she called me immediately to talk through it. If I had a question, she had well thought out recommendations, never pressuring me to do anything I didn't want to.โ€
Danielle B., 2023
